KA

This past weekend Randy and I went to Vegas for occasion for his birthday.
It was great to spend some time just me and him. He wanted to try the room at the Pyramid, the Luxor, plus have some R&R time.
On Saturday night, given an opportunity that was presented to us which I will explain in my next blog entry, we ended up going to see Cirque du soleil's KA.
I gotta say KA was beyond my expectations. It is, in my opinion, the best show I have seen from the Cirque so far. The stage is humongous and it moves and changes every second. The acts are more theatrical this time, going even further away from what a circus would be. It still keeps all the breathtaking stunts and amazing skilled acrobats, but together with a storyline.
I have no words to describe how good the spectacle is. Anything I say will be a repetition of what I have said of previews shows.
Randy actually mentioned something very true just after KA ended. All the other shows we have seen repeated a piece or another from another CDS show but this one, all the acts were new!
There wasn't a dull moment throughout the entire show!
